Underwater Treasure Hunting for DJI Mavic Pro Drone Crashed in Lake! (Scuba Diving)

While scuba diving for a lost drone, we find a knife 🔪 underwater with other treasures in Lake Simtustus. (Central Oregon) 💦😬

You never know what you’re going to find on your next treasure hunt, especially when you go scuba diving and treasure hunting in algae-filled lakes with limited visibility.

On this episode of Adventures with Purpose, our team set out to scuba dive Lake Simtustus here in Central Oregon in hopes of helping Andy and his family find his crashed drone lost underwater after hitting the oar of his daughter’s kayak.

Every time we get in the water and go scuba diving, it’s a new underwater treasure hunting adventure which never disappoints as we tend to always find a goldmine of treasure and garbage along the way.

Unfortunately, we did not find Andy’s lost drone in the lake. 😢💦

The good news is that we did find treasures underwater like the knife, a fishing pole, a wedding ring, (well not really a real wedding ring but it worked for me that day), sunglasses, a boat anchor, a hairbrush, and a ton of other garbage treasure.

Have personally pulled 980+ pounds of garbage out of the lakes and rivers so far this year. … 〽️

At the end of the day, even though we had not found a drone, we did find other cool treasures in the lake, and we still feel good about all of the garbage we removed from the lake in our attempt to help save the planet, the fish, and the animals. 🐟
