iPhone 8 Plus purposely thrown in the river ($849 value) š¦š¤£
Can’t believe Ryan trusted me to find his iPhone in the river.
You never know what you’re going to find and/or get yourself into on your next treasure hunt, especially when you meet up with friends and buddies to go scuba diving and hunting for underwater treasure here in Central Oregon.
On this episode of Adventures with Purpose, MrLeisek sets out on another underwater scuba diving, treasure hunting adventure in the Deschutes River here in Bend, Oregon.
Every time we get in the water and go scuba diving, it’s a new treasure hunt which never disappoints as we tend to always find a goldmine of treasure and garbage along the way.
During this underwater adventure, we couldn’t believe that Ryan from “The Life of a Fly Fisherman” actually suggested and followed through on throwing his own iPhone 8+ in the river.
We’ve never seen the water this murky on any of our past scuba diving adventures and didn’t think we’d be able to find the iPhone 8 plus underwater.
Not only did we find Ryan’s iPhone valued at $849, but also found him a new pair of Nike Sunglasses.
But that wasn’t all as we always seem to find the run of the mill bottles, cans, dog toys, clothes, sunglasses, and even a baby bottle.
I have personally pulled 1500+ pounds of garbage out of the lakes and rivers this year. … ć½ļø
At the end of the day, we feel amazing about our efforts with all the garbage we remove from the lakes and rivers in our attempt to help save the planet, the fish, and the animals. š
