Underwater treasure hunting finds a head in the river. 💦😲
Not only did we find a head underwater, but we also found a lost marine’s ring, sunglasses and an old gas lamp from the late 1800’s.
You never know what you’re going to find and/or get yourself into on your next treasure hunt, especially when you go scuba diving and hunting for underwater treasure here in Central Oregon.
On this episode of Adventures with Purpose, we set out on another underwater scuba diving, treasure hunting adventure in the Deschutes River just upstream from the Old Mill District in Bend, Oregon.
Every time we get in the water and go scuba diving, it’s a new treasure hunt which never disappoints as we tend to always find a goldmine of treasure and garbage along the way.
During this underwater adventure, you can imagine how surprised we were when we found a head underwater in the river.
Luckily it wasn’t a real head, but we gotta say… I was a really cool find nonetheless! 🍀
We also found sunglasses lost in the river, a marine’s ring, an old lantern from the late 1800’s, lighters, golf balls, and other underwater river treasures.
Have personally pulled 1400+ pounds of garbage out of the lakes and rivers this year. … 〽️
At the end of the day, we feel amazing about our efforts wth all the garbage we remove from the lakes and rivers in our attempt to help save the planet, the fish, and the animals. 🐟
