8. It's a vacuum truck, the big tank is for the debre you vacuum up and the small tanks are for water, they use many small tanks for water the make the truck more stable. There is a power washer that uses the water. I used I at the Power & light co. that i worked at to dig holes for power poles in areas that had to many buried utilities in the area to use a power auger. You do not wat to be around when they hit a water main or gas line with a power auger.
