A dangerous police chase of a stolen truck ended with shots fired in downtown Los Angeles.
The driver allegedly hit speeds of up to 100 miles per hour, drove on sidewalks and ran red lights as he attempted to escape police. The driver then hit a parked minivan and ran for cover in a nearby building. There were reports of shots fired when the officers reached the building where the suspect was hiding.
The suspect was wanted in connection with a stolen white Dodge Ram, according to police.
