The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 77-year-old Norman Dennis Sweeney was last seen on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, on the 5XX block of East Allegheny Avenue.
He is 6′ 1″, 160 lbs., thin build, brown and partially grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket (shiny puffy texture), blue, gray and white horizontal stripes on a three buttoned shirt, blue pants and brown leather boots. He likes to frequent the area of 14XX block of Kerbaugh Street.
