Dont talk, just do, waste time
Man as a trailblazer owner that's followed you from the Start I couldn't be happier
I have a Isuzu Hilander.
Man 😊your video is brilliant very detail and straight to the task…. Respect 🤝👍👍
Question on your video when you were Pushing the axle through to give Clarence so you don't damage the paint surface the video shows that and how to do it but once you're installed the ball joint and you're putting everything back together is there anything special you need to do to put the CV joint back Where it belongs
Your videos are spot on and love them but I can help hearing mark wahlberg doing the talking
thanks!!
you are the reeal deal kid i think i can try to do it myself now bacause of your videos!!!! thank you
What were your symptoms? Any vibration or noise?
I don't understand why these come with the big nut in the package, where does it go? There's no where to thread it on 😮.
Me struggling for 10 minutes then watching this and having it don’t before the video was done
Hey Chris love your videos they are awesome and very informative. Thanks for sharing. Love the way you thoroughly explain every detail. Way to go!🙏🙏👍👍
Awesome instructional video!
You are the man you’re right on the money Chris😮

MIL GRACIAS
You’re great thank you so much my mechanic says cheaply. He can do this for about $300 on an upper ball joint is that fair labor parts usually he’s a good guy with me I trust him.
I tried to install a ball joint on an 04 Trailblazer yesterday. The new ball joint is the rubber boot supposed to be sealed already? Both of the new ones i had were open and I couldn't get them to sit. I installed thinking the pressure would sit them down and it destroyed the rubber. Also do u have any tips on removing a stuck ball joint screw. I have 3 screws so I figured i could line the hole with one and it would come out and i could use another one but now it's beyond stuck. Just an uneventful afternoon… But I got the broken one out 😁
🇵🇬🇵🇬,,
What a detailed video. Thanks for sharing 👍
Hey Chris, Did you inject bearing grease into the nipple before putting the wheel back on or is that not required.
@ChrisFix when you press the ball joint back in do you keep the clamp the same way?? You crank the ratchet from the top???
I have been trying to find the right cups and caps to remove my ball joints can’t find them anywhere
Great video! I couldn't help but notice that from one frame to the next you switched out the old control arm for a new. Do you recommend doing this rather than only replacing the ball joint? Thanks
From Spain…you are de best….
Have no ball joint to replace, but the instructions are very clear.
Hi Chris thanks for sharing your knowledge and skills. I have a 2000 Saturn LS so do I have a similar setup? Thanks bud
Two hundred dollars of specialty tools. Suck my ****!
this was a damn good video… hopefully my auto parts store has the press that I can use
You…are a good teacher. I see all the parts , you go over any concerns most people might have..very plain and simple. Thank you
Excuse me Chris fix I didn't see this video neither that you do know how to take an axle nut off the easier way let me just be quiet and watch you do what you do you're one of the best
I got q question I got a 2005 scion xa are the upper and lower balljoints the same when I go to order from rock auto everything just says lower ball joints
Thanks you saved my life my friend…👏👏👏👏🙏
wow! so glad i ran across your video!!! you are no nonsense and show exactly how to do it. great job!!! 🙂
If I am doing this on a “non serviceable” control arm, how do I go about finding a new ball joint to put in? Can I just buy one with the same diameter?
Excellent instructions and clear explanation. Your video saved me so much frustration. Thank you!
Rent the tool from autozone and it only has 5 attachments… can't even press em out.
How do you RENT tools for free?🤣
WoW. You are an excellent teacher. Thank you.
I've been watching a lot of ChrisFix videos, very informative and helpful for a noobie like me.
FYI, I have a 2004 envoy, and the axle nut is 36mm on there, not 35mm. I tried breaking it when a 35mm and strained my back trying to get it off haha. hope that saves someone a little time!
Two or four wheel drive? Thanks
Chris why do you sound so sad In this video😭
Some gloves would’ve came in handy
Just curious why not just pressed the balljoint out with the stud since its broken anyway?
upper rank joint lol
Hey Chris quick question. Am I able to replace just the driver side upper control arm ball joint on a 2006 Ford F-150? Without having to replace the entire control arm. Any advice would be appreciated, also I love your videos and the way you go about explaining the work you are doing, they are very helpful and I enjoy watching and learning from your channel.
