The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect depicted in the following video.
On April 15, 2024, at 11:50 pm, an unknown suspect entered the Cliveden Apartments through an unsecured door by the main parking lot. Once inside the complex, the suspect shot a 16-year-old male multiple times inside of a first-floor apartment, leaving him in critical condition. The suspect fled as the passenger in a black sedan which turned right onto Musgrave Street from Cliveden Street at 11:51 pm.
