Dow Jones rose to its highest level ever today as stocks rallied following another meeting by the Federal Reserve.
The Fed left rates unchanged for the third consecutive meeting and signaled rate cuts in the coming year.
The Dow closed at 37,090.24 and surpassing its previous record high of 36,799.65.
