The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help:
On June 20, 2023, at approximately 3:10pm, while walking east on the 5200 block of Walnut Street, the victims were shot by a black male offender armed with a handgun. The offender then fled north on 53rd Street and was last observed, on foot, in the area of Market / Paxon streets.
THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE.
