My theory was that cops are bullys, and are unlikely to mess with 100 armed people, but in my experience they have no problem singling people out one at a time when there's more of them. I think that if we had picked a less known person and sent them in discretely recording rather than openly recording that a citation would have been given. I have no doubt that their failure to enforce this on me was NOT because of their conscience, but because we made it too clear that everything that happened here today would be published.
