On Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 8:20 PM, the victim, a 59-year-old male, was involved in a vehicle accident while exiting a Gas Station at 4200 G St onto the 700 block of Hunting Park Ave. When the victim exited his vehicle to exchange paperwork with the white car’s occupants, the occupants demanded cash from the victim, saying that they didn’t have insurance. Suspect #1 then lifted his shirt to reveal a black handgun in his waistband stating that he was going to take the victim’s vehicle if he didn’t pay him cash. Suspect #1 then entered the victim’s vehicle and was last seen west on Hunting Park Ave, while suspect #2 followed in the white vehicle. The victim did not report any injuries, or any other items taken.
