Houston, Texas — On Saturday, May 13, 2023, around 11:30 p.m. Houston police officers were dispatched to a disturbance call at 124 Palmyra Street and were informed by a witness that a male with a knife had come by the home and demanded the witness and residents turn off their loud music. While officers were speaking with the witness, the suspect returned to the home. As officers approached the male suspect, they observed him with a knife in his hand. Officers made several attempts to have the suspect drop the knife. The suspect refused to drop the knife and continued to walk toward and close distance on an officer. At that time, the officer discharged his weapon, striking the suspect. Officers then rendered aid to the male until paramedics arrived and transported him to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

As someone who has been in and is still in a highly stressful situation like that I feel really bad for the guy. When you have that one noisy neighbour that just won't give it a rest you'll know exactly what I mean. FUCK people like that!
Not only where they obnoxiously loud but they also blocked the streets which makes it impossible for emergency vehicles to go through, not to mention regular traffic.

Here in Arizona it’s common to have this level of noise from Hispanic neighbors until 3-4AM on a regular basis until they leave stumbling drunk to their cars and the next morning your neighborhood looks like a garbage truck exploded everywhere with beer cans, plates, cups, water bottles, and other trash

That music was way too loud; you can appreciate how peaceful it was after they turned it off. Why must it be so loud, especially after 11:30 at night?
I used to live across the street from two groups of people, and they'd throw parties with such loud music as late as 2:30 in the morning, which is ridiculous. They'd blast music loudly even before 8 a.m. on Sunday mornings!
They had no consideration at all for their neighbors who wanted to sleep on the weekend after having to get up early for work all week. It was horrible living next to such classless ghetto trash. I'm so happy to live now in a much better, more civilized neighborhood.
