Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On May 25, 2023, at approximately 6:02pm, the suspect used a key to get into the vestibule of an apartment building at 2130 Locust Street. Once inside he also used a key to open mailboxes and went through resident’s mail.
