  1. It wasn't mentioned in the script for whatever reason, but the Columbus Police Body Camera channel reported that the Spectrum employee had been fired before this video was publicly released.

  2. People think its ok to force to others what they are listening. I hate it every time some someone is walking with portable speaker in public. This kind of dick people care only for them selves

  3. It’s one thing to do that in a personal car. When you do that in a company car you are going to be fired. That gives a bad impression of the company and you will be fired.

  4. Shiiiiit in my county if I issue a written citation and they refuse to sign I’m legally required to arrest that individual

  5. I definitely miss the days when people had morals, and were decent enough to consider others feelings before using "Free Speech" to be obnoxious and vulgar, especially around Children. I still believe that if you seem to be intelligent, and yet resort to fowl language to make a point or even to prove your rights, you are totally lacking in the skills it takes to properly communicate with others.

  6. I gave that employee a "D" because he refused to sign the ticket. In California, he would have been arrested. A "D" means below average, barely passing and needs to improve.

  7. I love what you do..thank you for your service..President Donald Trump is making sacrifices for the citizens of this country exposing the hypocrisy/corruption in our government..can you imagine if 10 or 20k people were walking around in the NY and DC airports with signs "Justice for President Donald Trump. .drop the indictments"….President Donald Trump isn't getting a fair shake..maybe we the people need to show our support in a peaceful manner..in a warm airport..travel by airplane could get complicated..it's a luxury anyway..your thoughts

  8. Public service announcement: this guy speaking is not a lawyer! He just uses posh inflection, and appears on several channels, as a fraud (unassuming)…That does not mean the information is incorrect. Only, that it is biased! Just make sure when you're getting information, you have proper representation! If you don't believe this is intentional, you are delusional! Have a nice day! ☺️

They knew they were doing ! Narrators of channels like this skip around for several channels and are likely working for corporations! Support small business… and therefore, small channels!

  9. Surfshark sucks. It turns off Killswitch randomly, won't connect for days sometimes, and the "customer service" does nothing at all

  10. The laws you cited about Free Speech seemed to indicate profanity coming directly from the First party in a given situation not Third party recordings/music. While I certainly don’t know the laws regarding free speech and how it relates to sound recordings, I thought it would have been helpful to know any precedents where the playing a recording of someone else’s free speech is still considered free speech by third parties playing said recordings. I apologize if I’m not clear in my wording.
Regarding not signing the citation, the officer did specifically state by signing it the employee would be admitting guilt. While the employee was being confrontational ahead of time, perhaps he had run into this issue before, and refused to sign it because he believed he was innocent. Wouldn’t not signing the citation protect his innocence? I can see the situation before a judge where the Judge could say “You signed the citation admitting guilt.”

  11. Thumbs down for taking the side of Loud Rap Music. Ever since Rap became popular I've come to believe that EVERY Municipality should develop super strict Noice Ordanances. Not everybody LOVES ALL Music, but what is more common is that people who Love GOOD MUSIC are likely to HATE what they consider to be BAD MUSIC. Citizens should not be subjected to the Bad Taste of other Citizens, especially at any considerable volume. But Audit the Audit is dismissive of Public Concerns for the maintenance of Peace and Quiet. Audit the Audit is just about stirring up the Anarchists against reasonable and commendable Public Interests in Peace and Quiet. .

  12. You can spot the legal talk parts so easily on the scroll bar, it's always the flattest parts with the big spikes right at the moment the video starts back up.

  13. I for one would like for the profane nature of the music to be legally controlled I agree with the officer on that one that we shouldn't be blasting profanities around kids. To me it's a violation of what I want my kids to do and see in the world around me

  14. Oh boy i hate this type of morons who crank the audio at max and think the stupidity that the moron is screaming at the microphone is worth for everyone to hear from 1000 miles away…

  15. Loud music in a car is nothing past a minor annoyance. If that guy was playing some white boy country bullshit there would have been no problem. Since he was playing rap music he had to be taught a lesson in that white town. The trooper was incorrect about the law. Gave the man no warning to lower the volume. This is another example of ATA being soft on white police who target non-white people for petty at best violations.

  16. I would love to hear the conversation with his “sergeant friend”. I’m guessing it went something like this:
Van Guy: One of your officers gave me a BS ticket.
    Sergeant: For what?
Van Guy: For blasting “F the Police” in front of little children, refusing his polite request to turn it down, and instead repeatedly driving past him blaring the song.
Sergeant: Please loose my phone number and never again tell anyone that you know me.

  17. The nator is wrong for saying that the driver was in the wrong because he never went into the site and experienced the same situation. So don’t say that the author was wrong if you never got out there and did it yourself

  18. This is a violation of the 1 amendment of freedom of speech because the officer did not like the music that he was playing music that they didn’t like. But if he was playing morsart then they would have no problem why. This is illegal and unconstitutional because they didn’t like his music. If it was illegal for him to play this music then why didn’t the federal law and state law prohibit this. Now except that to me

  19. Brother you don't need me to tell you but your videos are very awesome and very thoroughly appreciate the knowledge you bring on these topics! We appreciate you spreading truth and making people aware!
