Online work seems to be a new arena to create a further divide within the workforce and hand over more powers into the hands of an invisible online company. Lack of communication between employees, differential pay, lower pay because an employee will probably be competing with a global pool, less empathy by supervisors, and many other issues that will affect the online worker.
