On 09-19-23, A group of Activists were marching Orderly to the 42Pct in the Bronx, where officers began to round up and agitate the crowd, eventually assaulting several activists with NO ARRESTS…..🔴 42Pct Officer Justin Perez, Shield No.13630 is the one in this video that be seen clearly assaulting 2 Activists.
Eric Duprey was murdered by 52Pct Undercover Officer Erik Duran, when this Officer picked up a Picnic Cooler full of beverages, water and ice, and used it to stop Eric Duprey by throwing it at his head while driving a scooter, which killed him.
Officer Duran was suspended without pay, and the NYC Medical Examiners Office had already ruled it a Homicide…..it has been over a month and NO WORD has been mentioned about charging this officer with Pre-Meditated Murder.
Protesters marched to the 42Pct DEMANDING that they charge Officer Erik Duran with Murder, but instead, NYPD Officers showed up and began to physically assault several Activists while they were exercising their Rights to Protest.
