Baltimore police provided an update on the arrest made in the murder of tech CEO Pava LaPere on Thursday. Jason Billingsley, a convicted felon and registered sex offender, was arrested late Wednesday night, police said. LaPere, 26, was found dead with signs of blunt-force trauma in her apartment complex after she was reported missing Monday night, police said.
