  1. Internal investigation have to be the most retarded thing that’s allowed, it’s basically “We investigated our friend and we found he did nothing wrong. But here’s a couple thousand/hundred-thousand dollars for how not wrong we are.”

  2. “That was completely preventable. If he woulda just been polite (kissed the cops boots) this wouldn’t have happened.”

  3. Thats all bullshit! Those cases of force that were not granted so a girl picked up by her neck is not supposed to struggle! And omg the cop is not listening at all!

  4. one of the biggest LIES cops try to pull is after they beat the shit and abuse excessive force rule they ALWAYS try to say "i would have ONLY gave him a warning" yeah sure, we all believe that piggie

  5. Cops have families that can be held accountable 😮.

We should focus on their families when they hide behind the department

  6. Notice how the cop tries to justify his actions by using language to otherwise ameliorate and saying things that were not true.
He takes a completely different tone after he realizes the video shows they used unnecessary and excessive force.
I'm a old pro-law abiding citizen and generally pro law enforcement as I lost a brother who was on duty that got killed by a bad guy in a shoot out.

But both these cops are out of control. FIRE THEM, SUE for Excessive Use of Force…
These guys give good cops a bad name.

  7. All incidents of unlawful law enforcement encounters could be prevented if police were by law required to have even a basic understanding of the constitution, thier state constitution as well as any state laws they are required to enforce by requiring even the lowest form of college level criminal law degree as well as constitution law and have them be required to be certified and and licensed and recertified annually. Police have the most real-world power and the ability to interpret the need for physical or deadly force at their discretion. Yet every other individual after the police all the way up to the judge ALL are required to have degrees in criminal and constitutional law, be registered and licensed to even obtain thier job. Why not police? Especially when every single incident of unlawful violation of a citizens constitutional, civil, and human rights ALL are perpetrated by law enforcement. Requiring all law enforcement to be required to have knowledge of the laws they swear to uphold would stop ALL of these incidents. I find it very hard to believe Noone in the criminal justice system has ever suggested that solution and that detail convinces me it's not ever been suggested purposely. Every single law enforcement officer that swears to the oath instantly violates that oath upon swearing it if they are not knowledgeable about the laws they swear to uphold. How n any reality can someone swear to uphold laws they are not even aware of or understand?? I can't be the only one who sees that as the perfect solution.
