2. A lot of railroaders are at present just looking for an affordable retirement to escape the railroad. I personally took early retirement to escape bad management and bad employee practices with little or no benefit to employees.

The unfairness of the Railroad worker has been going on seen or scheme sence the first railroad charter in North America was granted to the father of the railroad John Stevens in 1815 and the fight and struggle of the working man continues… This should speak loudly to the changes in which the solidarity of all class of men in reverence to living in a American dream instead of it's division. It is dying because their leadership has sided with large corporations and it can be seen in the large legions of leftist and progressive democrats who love cheap shit from China and exclusivity with their love of Amazon goods and their ongoing and well-documented mistreatment of warehouse workers. Or even Starbucks and their union-busting tactics. Republicans have never pretended to care, but they don't court labor unions either.

I stand with the rail road workers but the big picture is is how its going yo hurt and harm Americans. Especially with the Govt is pushing "food shortages" can't have but to see this is another part of the bigger agenda. No one deserves to be treated this way. 12. Striking will need everyone in the middle class and above to cut their consuming. It will need mass solidarity. I have been inviting people to strike on October 31st. A bill pay strike would cause the rich to lose their bottom line bullshit. When you have generational wealth you end up with people who need the working class, and fear them, and therefore hate them. We are a hated people as if we are not humans.
    Strike on October 31st will require food baskets, water supplies and dare I say weapons to protect yourself from the police who just can't wait to protect their masters.

    The police should stand down in every state when a strike happens. They should in fact join the solidarity no bill pay strike and stand to protect the striking members.
    National no bill pay strike must happen and would be far more effective than only hitting the streets.
    Air carriers, rail carriers, police, climate activists, all should stop punching left and right. It is time to punch up and has been as long as I have been alive. I'm 53.

    Strike October 31st. Demand suggestions to secure our futures follow:
    October 31st, 2022 National strike. No buying, no paying bills. I am spreading this around and hoping you will join where ever you are in the United States. The UK is about to have a national no pay strike because of power costs. We should have our own. I am asking for everyone that reads this to tell everyone and prepare. You need food and water for at least 30 days. If we do not do it now, we will not have enough leverage. We have to do it now.
    
    Everyone Strike on October 31st 2022. If you must go to work, film yourself and post it in support of the ones who are striking outside of work. Do not produce anything at work. Have a sit in with everyone if you can.
    
    Call everyone you know. Make sure everyone knows what is happening. No bills, no gas, no driving, call in sick, no buying.

    Our demands should include separation of Healthcare from work. Healthcare , housing, Federal jobs guarantee, individual privacy, should all be rights of individuals.

    Free school all the way up to and including college, no private schools. No more students fighting for the privilege's to be there; rich and poor everyone goes to school together. The federal government will pay for it – period.

    All student debt, all healthcare debt must be erased. All credit reporting should be stopped immediately and banned for all working class. Caps on debt must be placed on banks – meaning no bank or business can over charge for anything and the banks can not charge more interest than the fed is charging them and caps on interest must match that of the Federal government.

    All corporations must stay where they are. If any corporation attempts to close their doors or move through shell companies they will be taken over by the federal government through state action and given control to a group of non-invested workers who will guide the redirection of the company. No taxation of the proletariat will occur.

    The dismantling of police and a building of local community policing. Also mental health care should be increased as new police will not be handling these issues but instead calling in community specialists.

    All currently imprisoned peoples shall immediately be re-evaluated for release based on conviction and actual evidence. All drug offenses not related to very large distribution or murder shall be considered for freedom and expulsion of their record. They should also be given housing and Jobs or job training, or business education so they can start their own business. Grants should be made available to these individuals as they are to All Americans who register to start a new business. All people not imprisoned for murder or child molestation should have their voting privilege's reinstated automatically since we already have all of their information. After all we will be housing, education and feeding them if they choose to accept the help. Any person being held who has a mental condition that would render them unequal to the task of living on their own should be transferred to a health care facility for challenged individuals with a focus on their needs as a human being and relating to the success and safety of others as well.
    
    There is a group home experiment in Phoenix Arizona which opens houses for group homes in residential areas where rolling support staff work there 24/7 to help the people living there with everyday life challenges. That system should be broadcast nation wide and given full funding by the federal government. There are many ideas for this category but I have run out of time and space. I need to contact the Doctor that started that system In phoenix AZ. He works through Glendale Community college in Glendale Arizona. A major community college in the US.
    
    No new arrests related to being in possession of drugs. Instead they will be taken to a hospital if found to be incoherent. The federal government will pay the states for every person they help.

    Reduce the military budget and spending by 2/3 by 2024. They are a huge – self admitted culprit of global CO2 emissions

    And most importantly increase climate mitigation funding by 1100%. But much like the way we built NASA, We will build NACA With the sole purpose of mitigating climate as apposed to giving the money away willy-nilly. With the help of the IPCC reports, they will have all the funding they need to help the globe recover. This includes hiring everyone to do a job related to climate that wants one – training included as of right now. Are you broke? Do you like saving the air you breath and the water you drink? Here's an awesome job fixing the stuff you love in one way or another.

    Ban All fossil fuels with immediate funds available taken from the oil industry to all scientific endeavors controlled through NACA – thereby mitigating any theft, fraud, or general bad actors. NACA will report to citizen boards of control which will vote to control the agency and it's processes and direction but within a very narrow set of guidelines Which will only have one narrow driving ideal. NASA and NACA will not be tied together but they will work together on everything. The goals: Stop poisoning the earth, it's people and inhabitants, do all things to mitigate our climate emergency. They will not have judicial power over people but they will have the power to redirect anyone or group who is mishandling this climate emergency. Without a world we all die – focus people.

    This will be part of the Federal Jobs Guarantee as well. And this must be formed by scientists and working class. The government shall not use politics or corporate entities or out sourcing in any way to hinder the development of science to help people around the globe, focusing on the United States first as we are the most egregious offenders.

    There is much more to address and we need many great minds to complete this.
    
    Now that we know they could have done the right thing all along and that we have always had the money, there is nothing that we will not demand of the corrupt officers and corporations and wealthy individuals who seek to disrupt in order to maintain control and power.
    
    So the next time someone asks "how you gunna pay for it" tell them easy, the fed will and has plenty of money – the fed can never go broke.

They think the smart way to win a fight when they are being attacked is to comply and plead to their attacker for them to be reasonable and not turn them into working slaves. I don't know why the workers would think that these corporations would give a shit about them after they refused to listen to anything they were asking for throughout the entire negotiations. So is the plan to just keep saying please over and over again and then go home and pray really hard together that the company will show them mercy. The contract that the company has put forward should tell you just how much they care about their employees and have even made public statements that their workforce has nothing to do with their companies success and that it was all made possible due to upper management. That statement alone should have gathered enough employees to strike. I cant even believe that any of the railroad workers give 2 shits about what the government thinks about this. Hey Railroad workers, maybe you didn't get the memo but the government no longer gives a shit about you and thats because these large corporations own every politician in office today. So do you actually think that they will help you? They are just stalling you and trying to distract you from going on strike. And somebody needs to teach you that it doesn't matter what the government says about you being able to strike legally because the government had no right to create laws that prevent you from striking any time you want. That's your first and only weapon you have and you decided to let the government tell you that you dont have the right to use it? I don't think you understand the meaning of the word fight and you obviously have never learned what the workers in this country had to do to win a battle with these large corporations. Here's a clue, they were not going to follow the rules that their enemy has created for them and they had to physically fight back and do whatever it takes to win that war. They used guns and canons and bombs and fought these corporations and this government in the streets and they won. You start out by picketing and when they try to come to arrest you, you dont let them. How do you ask? You use the same kind of weapons that they will use against you when they try to arrest you. Next you dont let that corporation try to hire scabs and replace you. you do what ever is in your power to make sure that not a single one of them crosses your picket line. That's the only way these corporations will ever show you any respect. Because when you bow down to them you show them that you dont have any respect for yourself and that tells them that they can do whatever they want to you. These corporations use the police as their weapons against you so you have to be prepared to fight the police and win. They wont think twice about shooting you and your whole family so you have to prove to them that you will do even worse to them. The person who does the worst to their enemy wins the war. And right now I have not seen or heard anybody talking about doing this to these rich greedy bastards which is why you have already lost this war. Being obediant workers will never get you anything that you are asking for. They have already decided not to negotiate with you because they already know that you have chosen to be obediante. What you should have done was organise everybody to go on strike way back in Feb and then actually do it and when the government starts to step in and try to arrest you, you need to use the power of all your workers to step in and physically fight the government back using the same kind of weapons they will use on you. But you didn't, you chose to play by their rules which will guide you to your huge loss in the end because they will never stop trying to screw you and if you become a big enough problem to them they wont think twice to kill you which they can easily do when you are playing the game by their rules. So you need to either really start fighting back using everything you can to force your hand and win this war using everything that they have and hopefully even more than they have or just shut the hell up because nobody wants to hear you whine about the poor work conditions that you will be doing because you stupidly fought this war under your enemies rules because you are all just a bunch of bitch ass pussies. You are the reason unions are losing these battles all over the country and you are making all unions look bad because there is no reason for you to even call yourself a union if nobody in that union is willing to fight back using all necessary weapons they possibly can. You deserve to lose this war and you make me sick Because this particular war is very important that you win because that win could have been the turning point for all other unions to get motivated to win. A loss here is a huge loss for all unions and remember that it was your stupidity and cowardness that will put all other unions in the grave.

I am 73 years old, I was born 'on the road' (mom married several times, lots of 'uncles' in my family LOL ) and I have had run -ins with cops, bureaucrats, SELF entitled people (to differentiate from those with reasonable respect for their legit entitlements, car, house deed, bank accounts and such) have done stand in emergency response many times because there was no one else that could, or would act on an urgent situation, army trained, airborne veteran (lucked out so I never had to kill anyone, although I did see some fighting) , did the occasional 'favor' for the police because I was 'in' the right place to be effective and lives were at stake (hey dude, you good with tools, wanna help us build a bomb – just outside the Cal Berkeley campus!) and other adventures, lots of traffic accidents (not mine, I just rendered essential needs) and so forth.
    I am 73 as I said, and do not feel up to wasting any of my last few hours on nothing, so if you can find subject material in my 'stories' (real life episodes, adventures and misadventures) let me know. I want someone to review what I submit, rather than just hoping it will get stumbled over by someone, 'someday'… I got almost NO credits for any 'off the record' things I did, and now that I am old and discarded, it begins to irk me. 18. Yet again, corporate greed, arrogance, and stupidity is putting another industry on the ropes. Direct quote from Wikipedia: "Railroads haul the most freight of any form of transport in terms of ton-miles, a measure of cargo volume that considers weight and distance carried. Railroads now haul 40 percent of total U.S. freight, up from 27 percent in 1980, according to U.S. Bureau of Transportation data." This is clearly a fundamental industry with regard to the transport of high-value products of all kinds and for economic stability and growth.
