The truly pathetic thing with this situation is that the scourge of diseases such as cancer are a result of the adoption of the modern western food industry diet and lifestyle. The obesity and diabetes epidemic that is seen in countries such as Venezuela are only reflective of what has also been taking place here in the states. The Venezuelan people need to become educated about how to reverse such diseases as cancer via changing their diet and utilizing the natural herbal medicines which the land around them provides. These expensive and ultimately toxic medications in many cases are not the answer, yet the people and the medical system have been duped into believing that they are.
