  1. This is the first time in my life I have heard of judges and attorneys being green and inexperience because they have cases of rich white men about to go to jail. How do you get experience but by trying cases and gaining experience.

  2. I always look at that judge as one who is seeking ,the Trump team interest , let us go down memory road . He gave the Trump road to actually take over his Court ,so you could have seen favors . The judge state there was no conflict of interest yet he ask that Nathan Wade be removed from the case . ( Question , were there conflict of interest or not , and if there was no conflict of interest, why did he ask that Nathan Wade be removed from the case . The Court was looking into the fact of whether there was conflict of interest or not.

  3. Could she bring a separate new indictment for those charges? So that it would not delay this trial but not let him off the hook?

  4. It just fascinates me how the left don't mind crooked justice practices on specific people 😂😂😂😂this is the party that set the country on fire in the name of police reform which I might ad helped Biden win an election or making it looks closer to like he won an election I mean 😂😂😂😂I don't even like trump either but this lady is legally morally compromised not fit for this duty not to mention the whole court looks precisely built 🤔

  5. It's a tradeoff. The judge couldn't get rid of Fani so he gave Trump a break on the charges. After all the judge is a MAGA judge.

  6. Karen it wasn't his inexperience , itt was his need to please the rumptard base that's what came out !
But you an Popok Ben etc. All are great , i hear something, i goto MTN , then i know. The facts 💯 % you people are awesome! And the people in the background! Are doing the hard work too !
Show there faces once in a while 😊

  7. Trump won't spend a day in prison i just hope he doesn't grab a little girl and forget that he's not back in epsteins kiddie brothel or on one of his trips to Russia for putins offerings BECAUSE HE WOULD STILL REMAIN FREE.

  8. Wait a minute, I thought it was a given that Fani Willis would be prosecuting the case, because the condition specified in MacAfee's order has been met, namely that Nathan Wade is no longer on the case????

  9. As I understand it, FW getting a few thousand dollars worth of vacation appears improper. Well what about a supreme court judge getting millions worth of vacation?

  10. It wasn't inexperience, it was right-wing intentionality to smear Fani Willis. He gave the Trumpists free rein to trot out every disgusting lie and insinuation that they wanted to broadcast. Stop apologizing for him.

  11. McAfee should be holding the trials for the indictments. Those people broke Georgia election laws. Workplace romance didn't break the law.

  13. This judge should go home and retire, this whole Fani Willis trial was just a sad joke, trump and his weak henchman are on trial not this prosecutor. Find a new judge who will no longer delay this criminal case!

  14. Skeptical isn't the word….. junior, green, FEDERALIST SOCIETY, Republican judge. Just like the SC hacks. Yeah, showing a bit of his colors here methinks

  15. —– < I agree, a charge of criminal solicitation would be the right charge: GA Code § 16-4-7 (2022)
A state official violates both their state oath and the federal oath under Article 6 cls. 3 of the U.S. Constitution. I'm not sure they can charge federal officials with violating the Georgia state oath but they could make the charge of criminal solicitation.

    1) As defined in O.C.G.A. § 45-3-1 Oaths required in addition to oath of office and constitutional oath, "Every public officer shall: (1) Take the oath of office; (2) Take any oath prescribed by the Constitution of Georgia; (6) Swear that he or she will support the Constitution of the United States and of this state; and shall reside…"

    2) According to Article 6, clause 3 of the U.S. Constitutions, state officials are bound by Oath to support the U.S. Constitution and the law which includes the Vote Count Act , including 3 U.S. Code § 5 – Certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors.

…. Asking Secretary Raffensberger to "find votes" other than what was certified from the majority of the electorate ?the People on Election Day (create a false Certificate of Ascertainment) was NOT a "faithful execution" of the law, and would not have been a "faithful discharge" of the law. Constitutional /official duties are defined by the law under 3 U.S. § 301 and Ga. Const. Art. 5, § 3 paragraph 2. Under Georgia law, violation of the Oath of Office is a criminal offense, O.C.G.A. §16-10-1 Violation of Oath by Public Officers.

—– < A Certification of Ascertainment represents the NUMBER OF VOTES cast for each person by The People/ the electorate on Election Day, 2 U.S. Code § 7 not by the political preference of an Elector(s), nor by a superimposed count demanded by a presidential candidate nor by any other government official..

…. Under 3 U.S. Code § 1, once a state has held an election, a state legislature’s post-Election Day appointment of its own preferred slate of electors would violate federal law requiring that all states must appoint their electors on Election Day:
…. Under 3 U.S.C. § 5 (a)(1), also known as Safe Harbor Day, a Certification of Ascertainment must be submitted by the State executive six days before the Electors are to vote
….. The vote of the Electors, who meet according to 3 U.S. Code § 7, is determined under 3 U.S.C. 5(a)(2)

    3 U.S.C. § 5 (a) In General.—
    (1) Certification.— "Not later than the date that is 6 days before the time fixed for the meeting of the electors, the executive of each State shall issue a certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors, under and in pursuance of the laws of such State providing for such appointment and ascertainment enacted prior to election day."
    (2) Form of certificate.—Each certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors shall— (A) set forth the names of the electors appointed and the canvass or other determination under the laws of such State of the number of votes given or cast for each person for whose appointment any and all votes have been given or cast;

  16. Blah blah. The counts can be resubmitted. The judge stated what he saw wasn't sufficient for the court to consider. So correct it and resubmit or get out.

  17. Just do your job woman tear him a new asshole for trying to screw you up do your job and get him locked up lock him up now

  18. By giving the prosecution the choice of either going back to a grand jury to re-indict trump on the charges the judge dismissed or, taking it to the appeal court, the judge has more or less made sure that the Georgia case will not go to trial before the election. A win for trump.

  19. American Justice system is flawed as is their Politics.. if you are rich you get away with anything & everything.. Everyone is corrupt.

  20. What do you think of the legacy media talking about how Judge MacAfee in his ruling "blasted"" Fani Willis "for what she did?" It angers me to no end.

  21. Reasoning away faults in a system, tends to create creases. Making excuses for the creases, produces cracks. Pontificating about the cracks, instead of taking note and repairing them, create fissures…and soon what one is discussing bears no resemblance to the original system.

  22. Wow, law in Fulton County Georgia is on its last breath and they think Willis is going to blow life into it. Her and her boyfriend are up to their necks in the fraudulent handling of federal money. Just the fact that this channel over looks that makes me smell a rat.

  23. Quite frankly, McAfee is running for office in November, correct?

IMO, he had to throw Republicans a bone in order to secure their continued campaign support. So he has to keep Willis, and yet he can dismiss certain charges that may make the case more difficult to prosecute.
