Who thinks it’s a great idea to try stuff like this in an urban battle area? It will impede the IDF because it assumes that they will not fire into areas where the aid work is going on, and will be a temporary sanctuary for Hamas. It’s also likely that Hamas will just take any aid they can from civilians and civilian services.
