On November 19, 2022, a Flagler County deputy pulled over a vehicle with front windows tinted that seemed too dark. He noticed that the couple were agitated.
The deputy asked the driver if she had a valid driver’s license, to which the driver replied, “I don’t think so”. It leads to a K9 dog sniff and a car search.
The driver was charged with a third offense of driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fentanyl.
A passenger was charged with maintaining a public nuisance, permitting an unauthorized person to drive, possession of drug paraphernalia equipment and possession of fentanyl.
