I was sitting in St. James park in downtown San Jose, CA years ago smoking a joint when suddenly the police on horses came up behind me. I through the joint down in the grass, but they walked right past me and harassed people who were drinking beer. I got up and left, but came back the next day and found my joint sticking up out of the grass. I politely picked it up and finished smoking it.

Cannabis doesn't belong on the drug schedule at all & it certainly doesn't fit criteria for Schedule 1. Time to remove it from DEA control completely.
