  1. Hope to see more of Dharna on TRN, I hadn't seen her before her segment with Paul Jay, and thought she was spot on. Good segment. Love this channel.

  2. We are in a Climate Emergency. We cannot wait until 2050, nor 2040, nor 2025. We need to start now since the climate is unleashed and is going to get rapidly worse. I don't hear any of the Progressive candidates give more than lip service to what needs to be done. But you are going against big financial interests, and we have to force the discussion. Most of our retirement accounts are tied up in fossil fuels and they want a 30 year ROI, thus the 2050 goal. That is Wall Street and the Swiss Central Bank talking.
Australia just installed a 100 MWh battery and in the first 4 months they saved $40 million in electricity from coal and gas plants. Great news. The bad news is that coal and gas plants lost $40 million.
If we continue with fossil fuels, our present banking industry can do business as usual. If we change to renewables, we disrupt our whole economy. But the climate will do it in a messier way.
There was a comment about taking a hill side and putting a wind turbine on it. There are no more birds to kill, and cats and buildings kill more birds, so STFU. But most communities need to do this. And install solar PV. And to build battery factories to make the renewables possible, while at the same time enabling a transition to EV. Every state should be starting now, since only Tesla and China started in 2010 like we should have. How much loner are we going to let Big Oil hold us hostage?

  3. “Without you we can’t make real news”, I love it! Too bad I’m guessing most of your viewers are negative money and working at Walmart like me. If someone sees this could you donate for me!
