So it should be, NATO is run by the American cronies anyway, so now it is time to say, well EU can build its own defensive forces up.
I do not think they will need them against Russia at all, I think that is just propaganda by England and America. So good luck Europe, I would like to see Europe do this and work closely with Russia and China.
I think NATO is just an English and American thing now.
I say isolate both America and England military wise, leave them to their own demise and illegal wars and not involve yourself in Saudi-Arabia, Yemen etc, which is what America and England do, is involve themselves in conflicts that have zero to do with them.
America and England should be using soft power and more peaceful means to bring about a global peace or make things more peaceful then they are now.
Europe having its own force, that is not a part of NATO, benefits Europe and will bring Russia and China closer to EU. Of course America and England will hate this, but so what, who cares what they think, they are tyrant countries anyway.
So go ahead, and work with Russia and China please. EU, Russia and China can control the planet, economically and with military. It would highly aggravate America, but what could the do?. Nothing, economically and military wise, they would be having to do as they are told, or face big trade embargos. Not impossible for this to happen, inevitable.
England would be wise to work with EU, China and Russia and distance itself from the tyrannous terrorist state of America. Isolate them, see how they like being isolated and bullied. Put in their place is what needs to be done, but not through military, through economics and the rest of us working together, will really aggravate America because all they want is wars, terrorism and a World in chaos.
European nations historically are aggressive and imperialistic so this is not a defensive force.
NATO now appears simply as an anti Russia military alliance which was formerly an anti Soviet military alliance.
Post Cold War it should've became purely an anti terror security alliance without the habit of invading countries or supporting the invasion of countries in the name of liberating them from dictatorship & exporting some western style democracy. If Trump puts an end to this then it should be welcomed instead of pushing for a conflict with Russia every time he does something that isn't anti Russia like holding talks with Russia. In fact through talks with Russia Trump should be encouraged to pursue talks with Iran as well just as he held talk with North Korea.
This is probably a response to Trump in that EU is trying to make itself relevant, and listening to the US and Trump that EU and NATO members need to meet their requirements and not take the US for granted all the time to do all the heavy lifting…lessons learned from US frustration in Afghanistan and Balkans that NATO members didn't come prepared with the right packages to help in the fight….I think back of a recording I heard on a news report of a US pilot trying to help British forces but they didn't have any technology to mark the target for the plane.
