  1. The health system should have never been allowed to be controlled by for profit corporations. It is the commodifying of human life. I don’t want a price tag on my back.

  2. The regression prevents the progression. The american public has regressed in its way of thinking.more so than empathy. Its the lack of curosity that has americans so entrenched in their rush to the bottom.. But mabey im wrong.

  3. The US has become a great sell for capitalism, the worst outcome of any country.
If the purpose of the healthcare system is profit, then it's not health.

I didn't know that lobbyists in your country had votes and could stop elected representatives from passing laws for the people.

  4. What are you "investigative journalists" going to do when you finally realize the "global warming catastrophe" promoted by the IPCC and the mass media has been a colossal scam? Will you face up to the fact you haven't done any "investigating" at all?

  5. I'm beginning to see the so called "opioid crisis" in a different light. First of all, my research shows that deaths from OD' is basically steady for the last few years and even down a little from last year. However, much to my dismay, it appears that alcohol deaths are at twice the level of opioid deaths but no where do you hear of an alcohol crisis. Why not? It's all about the benjamins, baby. Opioid prices are very low compared to some other drugs and I think this crisis is at least partly fueled by big pharma wanting to restrict the flow and up the prices. Lately, where I live, pharmacies are getting restricted as to how much they can buy or even having their supply suspended. This is going to get much worse before it gets better. Soon, pain relief will be available only at the hospital and ER. And if you can get it, insurance won't cover it and it will be horrendously expensive.
Also, some day we will understand why Fort Knox contains a year's supply of morphine for the country along with some gold and knickknacks.
    Cheers,
    Maui Bill

  6. They're probably trying to get government subsidies for their corporate puppet masters of a company that they own stock in. Win all the way around for them.

  7. We do not have a government of the people and for the people. We have a government of the wealthy, for the wealthy and by the wealthy which was created by the wealthy (Founding Fathers) to represent and protect the wealthy. Maybe someday the American People will recognize this??

  8. Look it up! The “opioid”
deaths are NOT from pain care…

It’s a heroin and fentanyl crisis and people are dying by combining *alcohol and *benzodiazepines and imported *fentanyl & *heroin are the cause of the poly-drug Over 98%of the “opioid” deaths. Others are the sick people whose pain care has been withdrawn, finding the least painful death they can get.

NONE ARE run of the mill chronically ill taking low-level prescriptions given by a doctor for degenerative conditions and following instructions—- *none*.

    Be careful.
Sick patients are killing themselves when suffering is imposed.

Opioids are all that’s left to patients whose conditions have advanced, intreated, until the damage is done.

  9. We restrained children while taking handouts from the pharmacy companies.

They literally brought us lunch almost every day one or the other. Not a single one with screening for brain infection is that create behavioral problems.

Not a single kid got an MRI. People think money is the only problem with profit-centered medicine! In order to sell ineffective and high price medication children are allowed to die of illnesses that were completely reversible!

It’s a long slow death when they could’ve had treatment for pandas a.k.a. auto immune response to streptococcus or Lyme disease.
We went into nursing because we’d loved the children and wanted to heal and care for them, got to instead had to watch them get abused for money by the people they come to for help!!!

P.s. Use caution when complaining about “overprescribing “ of pain care, until TREATMENT COMES AROUND TO CURATIVE care. Many are in pain from advancing conditions after they begged for care, but were allowed to deteriorate instead.
Even people with training and nursing license professions were allowed to die off so they could take and visa workers and get nurses for the price of minimum-wage and pad the pockets of shareholders.

  10. WOW !! excellent delivery !! I’m fortunate to be retired, and pay nowhere near 8000/yr. It doesn’t matter if it was 80/yr., it’s the PRINCIPLE that matters. Nice to see y’all Stand,, for Principle. 😊✌️✌️✌️✌️

  11. I listened to these fools yammer for thirteen minutes of self praise before they mentioned the title topic. Why haven't they carried this concern to any politician?

  12. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Glad to have you all on our side!
Having lived in places that have universal healthcare, the difference is nearly indescribable to those who've never seen it firsthand. Thank you for helping explain it, so maybe we will finally join the rest of the world!

  13. just look at vaccines, when have you seen an anti vaxxer on TV? Big Pharms are also working tirelessly to smear and discredit all forms of natrural remedies giving us the one style health care of a pill for every ill. ie Vit C much better and cheaper than epipens/ check out Dr Fredrick Klenner

  14. Wow!!! Excellent report. I understand that the USMCA will take away the option from Americans for getting more affordable Meds from Canada and/or Mexico. I hope I am wrong but that is what I understood from a Ralph Nader radio show. Apparently Big Pharma, the Medical Industrial Complex has been lobbying to control the 3 country's medication costs so they can make astronomical profits, as usual.

  15. My Medical Insurance cost is overpriced and so expensive. Also, I worked in a big hospital in Hawaii, they cut my hours drastically and laid off and fired many staff. The ICU is severely short staffed a lot of the time. Also, don’t get sick on the weekends because we have very little staff. The doctors and nurses do care. Much of the time the doctors and nurses spend is charting on the computer, instead of patient care

  16. Once again Ms.Taya, you've delivered an Informative and Compelling Report, just as you Always do on the Police Accountability Reports. I Love your work, and you as well!!! Yah Bless you and your Co-Host!!! 💕💞❤👍🌹 TRUE ALWAYS PREVAILS!!!

  17. Please stop pretending the Liz Warren is an actual progressive who fights for MFA or any form of legitimate single payer. She backtracked along time ago, her commitment is weak and her funding plan is garbage. Please start removing her from the category of progressive ally.

  18. Insurance. Company’s push responsibilities they were promised to take care of if one becomes hurt for life , then have government pay what they should have ! This was oil company’s and workman comp with oil field workers . Government leaders helped to assure the good paying jobs in oil fried , had a fake assurance of responsibilities even had presented movies to show your job insurance company was standing with you and to focus on the job yo help America’s oil crises when OPEC had created gas lines that people needed to call to get gas at most all gas stations in America . That was shocking to have been hurt by company failures to properly care for its operations ! And oil field company’s had insurance company support from presidents advisors , who easily had presidents eat daily and showed the truest evil to harmed by accidents if any kind what so ever using the law for all and any disability life long total care. Push for profits in oil company’s they were working for as leaders of oil company s that bottom lines were above any government consideration as they cared not about American workers in oil fields and the danger they were asked to do for the country ! And hid that fact that lawyers would rather work hot than help those they could not ! American tax payers should not have to have workman comp be its get out of responsibilities when insurance company’s make so much money i. Workers worked 7 days a week at times 3 am to 6 pm and payed 10 k in taxes every two weeks out of pay checks . And payed max of a months taxes to settle after 3 years of poverty to force people to settle or just die on 150 per week , for a family to live on ! Even doctors got payed much better than the patients that workers were forced to see and doctors could see the abuse yet got payed well from the same game played when in that system doctors could fill a floor in hospital have three doctors each day come in and physical therapy 2 times a day and collect money and then when released from hospitals had insurance company’ deals only have those same doctors care for patients for three years to assure no claims could be made ! Tax payers make insurance company’s rich by allowing the injured to be the escape for responsibility as oil company’s and insurance company’s make sure it stays that way ! So much more abuses that would shock American taxpayers that allow such crimes no better than nazis concentration camps

  19. IT IS NOT GREED. The problem is the existence of rich people. Greed is part of human nature and can't be removed BUT the existance of rich people can be removed. Income cap.
