  1. They want the land. It by design. The back fix…..gentification and genicide…corporate is coming. 19 covin the fix is in..

  2. Y'all ain't seen nothing yet. Just wait till the next financial melted down. We are in a massive global housing bubble. All I see are luxury this luxury that . No entry level housing being built in any city. Wages disappearing.
    It's going to be a blood bath in housing.

  3. Let me simplify this for you The situations going on in Detroit boils down to one thing and one thing only "GENTRIFICATION " TAX THE BLACK PEOPLE OUT OF DETROIT ALLOW THE ARABIC PEOPLE THE ASIAN PEOPLE AND ANYONE ELSE AS LONG AS THEY AREN'T BLACK TO BUY AND BUILD ALL OVER THE CITY OF DETROIT WITH THE BLESSING OF THE MAYOR CITY COUNSEL THE STATE AND ANYONE ELSE IN THE POSITION OF POWER " so do use a favor and stop trying to dress this pig up but trust and believe there will be ramifications behind this act ! Remember city's don't just die city's are murdered just like Flint. B1st

  4. It was all done on purpose sanctioned by the Detroit City council, and by mich.state legislature and by washington.. this Crap all started during the proposal E fiasco during the Kilpatrick administration along with the crooked voting system at that time along with a bunch of other crooks with the blessing of the people of Michigan and the courts and the billionaires and millionaires and their carpet bagger friends along with some ignorant voters and their crooked pastors and by constantly being jipped by paying property taxes for schools that DON'T EXIST AND THAT HAVENT EXISTED IN YEARS ! Along with other crooked stuff that is still happening to this day!

  5. This is happening all over the country and then merges with charity money laundering. It's more theft from the people for the few.

  7. Dan Gilbert owns Detroit land bank is what's being said and the detroit land bank gives you a certain amount of time to bring the house up to code and if you can't then the house will be torn down and that land goes to from Land bank to Dan Gilbert company which is land and when you get enough land you can build new homes and easily gentrify neighborhoods even build gated communities

  8. SAD, but good interview/report. Has me a little confused at times, but still overall good. Now, I wonder what's happened with the people who used to own and reside in these abandoned homes. It'd be good to get follow-up in that respect. Hopefully, if Fiat-Chrysler carry through with their purported plan to develop an additional manufacturing plant, if it isn't more than one, and employ several thousand Detroiters out of work, or in need of it, this will work out well ; but, we must wait to see what happens with this. It could surely provide plenty of good, if done well. I hope.

  9. Shame on Baltimore officials for …. everything they have done over the last…. forever many years… Okay it's time to remove all officials from their seats in local office, time to reach into the city for those who have been abused and now advocate for those being abused by the powers that be, find an amazing group of accountants to investigate even the petty cash transactions on up to wages investments everything. Remove the pig commissioner the chief of police the county sheriff and undersheriff as well as jail superintendents/wardens Do real background checks aptitude tests psych tests on those who will replace them. Of those being removed who are guilty of any illegal activities need to be charged and if found guilty by 51% should receive the max fine and jail time. I am so sick of seeing this shit! From local to federal those with even a small amount of power taking advantage of their positions and doing harm to others because they can. Their Narcissistic selfish foul people who are not trusted by the people, time for the people to take their power back!

  10. By bundling debt and selling debt which is fraud the banks can owe nothing, they are a service industry. All the while they are not dicharging debt they take from your TRUST which the State is the Trustee. There is overstanding of when you look at what F.D.R. did when he make Gold illegal. It is all in the Wording.

  13. No one destroys cities more than those in city government. All these empty homes mean tax loss. A tax loss even more when properties are demolished rather than refurbished. Urban Renewal of the 1970's taught that.

    Many of these houses are too nice for demolition. Gentrification is the latest destroyer of cities.

    Look into stealth vehicle habitation.

  14. Homeless crisis in one part of the country, tearing down houses in the other. Why can't we move people there and make good jobs like building solar panels or something. With good jobs we can rebuild these communities

  15. The Fact of the Matter is that this Travesty of Land Grabbing was a Long-term plan by certain Elements to effect Black Ownership. I grew up in Flint but moved away in 2000. Im of course Familiar with the Detroit area. GM of course was the Core of both Cities that paid great wages and therefore MANY of Our People were able to pay-off their homes and pass it down to their Children and it flowed to the Next Generation. We also had Black-Owned Businesses that were prospering. Resturants, Barbershops, Mechanis ect. This became a Problem for these Elements because it was happening too fast in the 60s through the 90s there was an Extremely High Percentage of Black Ownership within and outside of City Limits. Unfortunately these Entities feared this Prosperity and Designed this Economic Hurricane and Crime Bomb including Drug Epedemics to facilitate these Targeted areas to Snatch and Grab Ownership from People who worked their Azzes Off to Earn the Right to live Comfortable and to have Something to pass onto the next Generation and now Generation has transformed to Gentrification. May The Most High Bless ALL who seeks Truth

  16. 🤓Noice Segment 👍
    🤔hmmmmmn
    How to apply the Preexisting & Always Present
    Right to Subrogation against Any & All Bonds ?
    When you purchase a mortgage, utility service, pay Taxes there is a bond ; and if you cannot pay for reasons beyond your Control ; you may ask for this Right be upheld in court ; in some cases you may retain the property then for Free ; the debt is paid by the bond holder .
    This needs used responsibly and it's a Common Lawful Remedy .

    Remind me what type of Law is Constitutional?
    Seems the Peoples may also need to collectively use a Writ of Amparo to get to the root causation of the Genocidal Actions by Govt there .
    Look up the Definition of Genocidal Acts to und r r stand my meaning & decide for yourselves if this is in the Peoples interests .
    I am Not a BAR Lawyer ie (Lier) .
    I would recommend filing these in District Court in DC as I don't feel
    The Legislature there nor Juduciary can be trusted

    (They enjoy the False claim to phony Qaulified Immunity Policy installed by Scotus in 1984)
    {It is Unlawful to attempt to Indemnify from harm for Knowingly Wrongful Acts under Common Law Maxim}

    to even understand the Basic Concepts of the USA Constitution or Juris Prudence .

    Those are some of my thoughts and feelings on this and I have No mal intent except Justice be afforded to the Peoples there .

    How's the property taxes there ; where I live in Wv my Home & 3.5 acres cost under 150 yr .
    My County is pretty fair .

    I'd take a good hard look at the UN Sustainable development Planning Committee's there ; the International Bldg code and it's Unlawful and Unconstitutional Code enforcement Oppression ; this Color of Law theft of properties is Going on Nationwide now and the Populace needs to catch on and Fast .

    Forgive my writing style I'm Autistic

    May God Bless the Remaining Many Good Peoples of Detroit ;
    I did work there back in 2004 ; the Peoples were Fantastic ; thank you for being Gracious Hosts .

  17. Literal indentured servitude right there. Literally the old world plantation state system, might as well have been copy pasted from 17th century Europe.

    The boomer generation likes being feudal lords though. 10% of the country that owns over 90% of the stocks, this is just that feudal system playing out in real time.

  18. Wouldn't it have been cheaper to look after these buildings a bit when they were taken over by the city. At least you'd be in a position to offer cheap housing and recoup some of your money, instead of spending billions on tear down. Was this not an option?
