(iStock)The City Council on Tuesday approved spending $13.9 million supplied by the American Rescue Plan Act to construct the dome in Chandler Park, the Detroit Free Press reported. LaJuan Counts, director of the city’s construction and demolition department, said the dome could host banquets or dances as well as sports.
