On September 14, 2022, Brookhaven Police Officers were investigating the driver of a white Infinity who fled from the police through construction and school zones.
Investigators identified the suspect’s name and address from his license plate number.
They found a white infinity parked in the apartment complex, but the suspect was gone by the time they got there. Officers went to his address and spoke with his family members.
A few minutes later, his sister was able to call him and explained that he needed to come and talk to the officers, otherwise his car would be towed.
He was charged with reckless driving, attempting to elude a police officer and failure to obey a traffic control device.
