Back in the day, you might be accused of being a witch. There were persons designated to find witches. They were called

When the roads are actually safer because we are following the rules, cops don't make money. So they don't actually want safer roads. They want you to violate the rules. So that they can take advantage of you. A safer more civilized society ruins their profits and their ego. The term "protect and serve" would just be a given. You wouldn't need to write it on a squad car. But when it's a lie, you need it on the car. They hnow it's a lie. And we do too.
They profit when they sell it and then profit when they lock you up!
