Stay Dirty
ETCG
Love that you're back to making videos. 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Thank you! p.s. I bought a X-mob car and their is red liquid dripping down from the trunk… any ideas? Cheers!
White cardboard placed under vehicle makes color easier to see plus location of leak even though fluids do travel long distances
Nice
Am i the only one that memorized the smell just smell that finger 😅😂
Parked on a slight incline was my classmate's '57 Chevy and while he was showing us his trunk mounted sound system, another guy urinated in the front of the car. The urine rolled down to the rear of the car. Someone said, "what's that leak" and my classmate touched the fluid and tasted it. That's all I really remember for High School.
There water is a normal fluid that should flow
Stay dirty ,ErictheCarGuy
I sort my fluids by smell
Just taste it. Oil tastes bad , Transmission fluid taste sweet , power steering fluid taste good , coolant taste tangy , brake fluid tastes like Mountain Dew,
I normally stick my finger in it and smell it. They all have a distinctive smell
Great fundamentals
Stay Dirty!
🤣👍
Hey Eric! You had an old video where you talked about easily sliding house clamps, you used some spray can. You mentioned you already use this lubricant and you go through cans of it. What was it again I can't find it?
Good to see you back making videos
Eric the car guy. You are awesome!!! Miss the vids. Sure if you are in a new shop or not but I have been following for at lest 6-7 years.
Eric the Car Guy. 👍
My AC drips a lot of water so if it's hot and I leave the car on an incline it'll have a stream of water. Of course everyone else freaks out
Can't be leaking fluid if it don't got any
Don't taste the tranny fluid.
i use my fingers and smell it.
Clear and near the left side firewall it is water from the AC
Clear-Blue is coolant
Clear Yellow and middle of car or rear of car is gear fluid from trans or diff
Gold to Brown is engine oil
Fluid after hitting a post, brake fluid.
Great Tip Eric! Man glad too see your face been awhile. Last I saw was update on losing shop Sorry to hear that and now bigger and better opportunity. God bless & Stay Dirty!
Thanks for the fluid compilations, i now know my car is leaking all of the above fluids. XD
But VW transmission fluid is the same colour as brake fluid, and not red
I usually go by the smell.
