My comment has nothing to do with this video but wanted to share on your channel my very first police complaint and called it in. It just happened. I want to share…..morning drive, raining, not pleasant. A cop sped past me, no lights, going 80 in a 55. She then pulls over into position, turns all lights off just to be ready to catch speeders driving by. What a hypocrite. I called the watch commander and complained. Added the hypocrisy and the danger of her having no lights on at all to be sneaky. The watch commander said "Well of course. If they had their lights on, no one would speed". Lol. I answered isn't that what you want in the first place for safety? This totally proves it's all about generating money and revenue and nothing about safety. Sick.

My favorite incident is the cop using lights and siren to get through red lights so he can get to the McDonald's drive thru.. then changed his mind and went in to sit down for lunch. They always believe they are abive the same laws they hope you break so they can get their quota

You know it’s funny when the sergeant says I wasn’t there. I can’t speak on that regarding when the gentleman said she was speeding in a non-emergency he wasn’t there so he’s not gonna speak on that but yet you want him to give up his ID /name just by what she says.

actually, the driver admitted that he was exceeding the speed limit within 30 seconds of the officer's approach to the vehicle ("the sleep limit is 65 and i was doing 66"). fortunately, she remained clueless. nevertheless, a good lesson on the need to stringently exercise the right to remain silent since his admission could have served as the basis for a lawful request for identification.

At 11:50 in to this video a upsidedown head in the clouds appears to be cop witching.
I was merging onto the freeway one morning in route to drop off my two daughters at daycare before I went to work. Once I merged onto the freeway, I noticed a Highway Patrol car approaching rather quickly. I was in the middle of three lanes on the freeway. I let him pass me (he was doing at least 80-85) to the left, which meant he had moved over into the carpool/HOV lane. Once he had passed me, I then moved over into the "carpool/HOV" lane as well, which I obviously was allowed to do. Mind you, I did set my cruise at 70, even though the speed limit was 65. He then slowed down, moved to the center lane until I passed him, and then merged back into the HOV lane behind me. He would have at that point clearly seen I had passengers in the car with me, meaning I had every right to be in the HOV lane. I did not change anything about the way I was driving. After a mile or so, once I was clear of other motorists, I moved over to the center lane thinking he would speed up and go ahead of me and go about his day. Instead, he moved over to the center lane behind me again. By this time, I was about to use my first amendment right to give him a hand signal, but my daughters being in the car prevented me from doing so. Maybe he was telling me to slow down to 65, but that would have been pretty petty of him, since every day on this same route and while in the HOV lane, I have other motorists flying by me at 80-85 mph in the center lane and then merging back into the HOV lane when they are the only person in the vehicle. I think he was truly just harassing me, trying to show me his authority and wanting me to react to give him a reason to ruin my day.
