  1. Hope you guys learned something new! Next up I will be gutting the car for a roll cage. Time is super tight with the first race starting June 11th and finishing June 13th! I have a lot planned so lets see how it goes! Here are some videos to expect:

-How much weight can you get out of your car (weight reduction)
-How to install a quick release steering wheel
-How to install a battery cutoff
-How to install a fire suppression system
-What is it like to race for your first time EVER!

  2. תענוג לראות את הסירטונים המושקעים שלך אם תוכל בבקשה לעשות גם כיתוביות בעברית למי שלא מבין טוב אנגלית. תודה רבה .❤❤❤❤

  3. My power steering is so stiff that I couldn't even drive properly. It's 550$ for power steering assembly plus laber it's over 700+. They are just trying to rob. It's good having your video.

  4. Dang Chris look at those guns and those Popeye for arms!! 💪💪💪.. you’ve been eating your spinach. Seriously though. Great job as always. I don’t think people really undstand what it takes to make such a great tutorial video like this. I’ve looked up a lot of videos on cars&trucks and man it is horrible. You take your time and make sure every detail is covered and very easy to understand. And that my friend is why you have 10 million subs. 👍👍

  5. Hey man, you should use red atf fluid, specifically Dex III, I have this as a project car and I can promise you that the wrong fluid will cause friction in the gears of the power steering pump over time, and these pumps are known for sheering at the back gear.

Surprisingly, you've got the LF30 pump in there, which is much better than the previous LF20 variant.

  6. I recommend you lift the front wheels off the ground when you turn the steering wheel. Easier to turn and doesn’t cause as much stress on the new parts

  7. e46's MUST use atf oil in their power steering, think it should say in the cap on the original power steering reservoir that you should only use atf

  8. Hey Chris, just wanted to thank you for your videos! Your info is short and to the point. You don't wonder off about who invented the wheel or about the history of the car. Stuff that has nothing to do with your video. The majority of mechanics or DIYers on YouTube drift off the topic of the video, you don't do that! You stay on topic and to the point!
Thank You and keep them coming!

    Blessings

  9. Wow Chris excellent video for sure. Thanks for posting, out with the old and in with the New.
So my question here is I recently bought a ZF Power Steering Pump it was a rebuild one but for some reason that pump is too tight and it doesn’t fit the bracket very well. I even tried using a hammer to tap it in. But only one part will fit. Any suggestions to making it fit?

  10. My truck has a lot of play in the wheel and my power steering doesn't work as well as it should. When you're turning the wheel to back out of a parking space, it takes more effort than it should to turn the wheels. When you're driving, it has very sloppy steering. Is it my steering box?

  11. Hey Chris. I have a question about my E39. Was driving the other day and out of nowhere I lost (most of) my power steering and the pump was louder than any power steering pump I’ve ever heard. Naturally I thought it was just a bad pump, so I replaced it. Same problem. No leaks; no air. Question is: have you ever heard of a pressure hose failing internally? Do they have check valves in them like brake hoses do? Could it be preventing the fluid from circulating? The rack is new within the last 3 years so I’m hoping that’s not the issue.
