  1. Thanks for this. Looked like a bad hit from someone else, used your method and ended up with only a few small actual scratches.

    Great video

  2. This was amazing! It came right off! How important is the wax layer? Can I just take it to a car wash that applies wax or do I need more than that?

  3. I dont know how on earth some monkeys still managing to dent , scratch or hit your car when you always parking at the very far – away from everyone. I just simply can not understand these creatures.

  4. My baby, (1981 Navy Olds Toro), just got kissed by a white car in the paint and rub strip. Can I use the same method to clear the rub strip too?

  5. Someone told me wd40 is dangerous because if it needs to be professionally repaired in case this doesn’t work then it makes it harder and costlier since it’s silicone based. Is this true ?

  6. Hey Chris, thanks for this incredible video. Just bought a used car with black paint that someone tried buffing and has circular scratches over the whole car. Should I use your sanding/polishing technique or is there something else I should do for that large an area of damage?

  7. Holy Balls!! You have a Toyota Pickup that old?! I’m from New England…the Full-Boxed frames on the first Generation Toyota pickups did not last here in New England…vehicles don’t last up here…when I took my daughter’s mom, my daughter & HER two kids (who she already had before we met) to Scottsdale, Arizona so HER parents could meet our daughter we saw a few things like that, but, up here in New England, they aren’t around…

  8. I’m no expert so bare with me lol. Would this be just as effective for scuffs made by hitting against curbs? I’m sure paint transfers from other cars would work but curious about ones made by cemented curbs 😅
