that is an easy one i did need to do this on my car and i needed to take the window and the guiderails out because there was no room to get the mechanic for the lock out otherwise :/
This video came out a week after I took my car in for this exact reason. Luckily it was covered under warranty and I got a rental car!
All good if you can open the door to remove the door card!

Yeah only it’s not always that simple. Sometimes you have a wiring issue, sometimes it’s hardware associated with actuator rods or retaining clips. There is never one fix that works for everyone. He is only showing what might have worked in his car and not all of the possible problems and solutions.
