You can’t and won’t take it out on the street because the cops can and would have it towed. There is corruption everywhere in law enforcement nowadays and many of the cops are corrupt as well. The cops would tow it just for something to do that day.

That would never pass inspection in Pennsylvania. In PA it has to be as it was out of the factory. It's a pain in the ass because if you change anything you have to fill out paperwork and do a whole bunch of other stuff that's ridiculous😢 even if you want to change the bed on the back of a pickup truck. I believe it's called the reconstructive vehicle title
