3. shes soo stupid, she was trying to copyright the "name" and anything associated with it. Which is should of known damn well you cant do. A car is a CAR and nomatter how or why, it will always belong to the Manufacturer's rights and legal ownership consent. She saw a little "grey area in the law and tried to CAP on it which horribly ended in NOT her favor. Great that the SHELBY team decimated her for her false findings. Stupid lady stick to making sandwiches.

   i didn’t create it, but I new a payday when I saw it, you flushed yours, I carefully bought mine to court, and was given exclusive rights just to get it out of there, I guess when you start saying you will throw so much evidence at people, they realize your right, and let you get your way

6. I went to the place in Dallas Texas, called Unique Performance. They had a car show, open house. You could stand in line and meet Carol Shelby. And it was great. You could buy, a Gone in 60 seconds, movie correct car. But then the shop started doing some shady stuff. Taking money not building cars, title washing, and all around mediocre work. I heard about a bondo dispenser that was like soft serve ice cream. Well, The IRS raided the shop, people got arrested, Shelby had his name removed from the shop. They auctioned off half done cars to pay back taxes. Not sure what happened after that. But people spent $80k on deposits only to never get a car.
   For a long time no one even said the “e” word.
   Shelby mustangs are awesome!!

12. Yes in the original movie it was a 1971 yellow fastback Mustang, not a 67 Shellby 67 GT Mustang. Considering that her car was just a off the lot yellow 1971 fastback Ford Mustang, I have always wondered should the Ford Motor Company have sued her, afterall her car is based on Ford's design.

17. Great rundown and I agree not to build an Eleanor. Instead of having Eleanor as a possible icon and supporting people as Shelby has done, they have turned this into a car that nobody will touch. It will fade out overtime all because of greed. Shelby supported his fans, made money to boot, and is an American legend because he valued people just as much as his cars.

18. Denise H I think is wreckless in her actions. The Elenor car looks like a Shelby Mustang which has been around now for over 50 years and for her side to copyright the likeness of the car designed by the Shelby company is quite arrogant.

23. hey b is for build you know D.H. has been back in court with shelby and classic recreations this year in 2023 didnt fully understand but the judge threatened to hold her and her lawyer in contempt of court and they were supposed to be back in court in june ive not been able to findany information concerning the june 2023 proceedings can you do an update on that since no one else seems to be covering this at all

31. So lets honestly just look at this for what it is. The car in the movie was a joke of a GT500 recreation because obviously they couldnt use real 500s for their needs.. It was a terrible rip off like a track auto exploded onto a mustang.. Thats what the car is . Sheer stupidity and not knowing any better is what gave that car a nickles value . So others wanting to bank on the stupidity of the masses jumped on the bus and started making them . Banking on stupidity has anways worked here in the US and it worked on this junk too !!! So at some point this chick realizes there is a nickle to be made off the junk as well and she goes for it and it works !!!! At this point we have stupidity at both ends that has been bred from stupidity.
    Is it all worth it for sad clones ? For pieced together cars that never existed anywhere but in this movie ? These cars will NOT age well considering the filler work done to them. So that brings me to Shelby . Shelby has a legit case against these folks that whored a Shelby creation badges and all to sell a movie.SHelby can easily argue that what these people have done has damaged the Shelby brand and the value to its customers . Again , more than half the morons into that car think thats what a GT500 is… Ive been in arguments with people over that dumb ass movie and they really think thats a GT500 and that is what they look like… This has an impact on a brand that took a life time to build and truck loads of cash and sweat.
    SHelby America ??? Get better lawyers !!!! Go after this chick and the production company and everyone else that had anything to do with this ignorant trend.
