11. I prefer Leroy with fully working tail lights and no body. If you're already going to boost him up two generations, why not just go all the way and make him a C8? Just please make sure it is easily removable so you can take it off for shows.

14. I don’t want to be nasty but that scanning result is just horrible. You could just use better quality scanner and get it all in perfect and without needing to use locating points or sticker. At this point scan result is not really gonna give much valuable input on the design. You need both a company with very expensive scanner (50-60k range with computer and software attached to scanner). And real world knowledge how to maximize it’s potential and then make the stl file compact enough. You would find many helping hands from aeromotive industry and if they are willing to help me a nobody in remote country for free or almost free, you could easily get better scanning result. It would be very much worth doing again for better result, because then you can use any surface in the car for further development. Whether it is gear shift location or instruments binnacle or what ever… Imho putting tape like that across surfaces through air is very unnecessary and will incorporate to model more errors and shapes that need to be removed later with much work. Thank them for their work and then get it done properly somewhere else.
