Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clip.
On January 27, 2024, at approximately 1:05am, the complainant was driving in the 500 block of North 17th Street when he was cut off by another car. The car stopped at the end of the block and four individuals got out with at least one being armed with a gun, ran toward the complainant pointing the gun at him. The complainant reversed then drove forward and was able to get away from the suspects. The following video is from the complainant’s dash cam. It shows the suspects using a stolen car to cut the complainant off and block him in. The suspects were able to be tracked on surveillance video prior to the incident on the Septa Market Street Line. The following videos are from the Septa train.
