Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On September 5, 2023, at approximately 2:25am, an unknown male gained entry to the Joan Shepp Clothing at 1811 Chestnut Street by removing the front glass window. Once inside the suspect broke a display case and took three handbags and sunglasses. The suspect then climbed back out the window and fled in an unknown direction.
