On June 8, 2023, at 11:38AM, the victim, a 51-year-old-female, along with the witness approached an unknown white female who was loitering outside their place of business on the 20xx block of Castor Ave. During a verbal altercation over the request that the suspect leave the premises, the suspect sprayed the victim in the face with a chemical agent then fled the area in an unknown direction. Medic responded to the location and treated the victim.
