The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 16-year-old Bryce Neely was last seen on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 11:30 a.m., on the 62XX block Old York Road.
He is 6′ 0″, 185 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.
