The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 60-year-old Tramell Gay who is missing. She was last seen on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., on the 12XX block of Ludlow Street.
She is 5’7″, 200 lbs., medium build, brown eyes and black hair. She likes to frequent Love Park and Art Museum.
