The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old missing juvenile Amanda Costello. She was last seen October 8, 2023, at 7:30pm, on the 26xx block of Cedar Street.
She is 5’6″, 105 lbs., hazel eyes, brown hair and was last seen wearing a white crop top and gray sweatpants.
