The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Parrish Taylor. Parrish was last seen October 12, 2023, at 6:45am, on the 12xx block of S. 15th St.
Parrish is 53 years old, 5’11”, 294 lbs., and was last seen wearing a black jacket, tan hoodie, black skull cap, blue jeans and black sneakers. Parrish is known to frequent the vicinity of Westmoreland St in North Philadelphia.
