The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Joseph McGreal. Joseph was last seen Friday, January 19, 2024, at 11PM, at on the 8xx block of Spruce Street.
He is 62 years-of-age, gray hair, hazel eyes, 5’11”, 117 lbs. and was last seen wearing a black hat, black Adidas Jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray & white sneakers. Joseph may be in the areas of 700 Oregon Avenue or 700 Porter Street.
