The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an missing endangered person Janet Frederic. He was last seen February 26, 2024, at 6:00 pm on the 13xx block of Harrison Street.
He is 69-years-of-age, 5’10”, 180 lbs., brown eyes, salt/pepper hair and beard, last seen wearing black shorts, gray/blue polo shirt, mis-matched shoes (chestnut colored slipper and a tan booty), and a gray straw fedora hat.
