On September 7, 2023, Oklahoma school staff contacted Tecumseh Police Department because they suspected one of their teachers was drunk.
Teacher Jennifer Davis appeared intoxicated while in her Cross Timbers Elementary School classroom in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.
Police officers performed a field sobriety test and questioned Davis about her day.Davis complied with officers and claimed she was not under the influence of alcohol,
Davis was charged with public intoxication and later resigned from the school district.
